A Word On Q Loader Service

Just wanted to say a word of appreciaiton for the guys at Ancient Innovations. I broke the feed screw in one of my pods. I emailed them, asking them how much it would cost to get me a new one. Two days later, I got one in the mail - FREE! Thanks guys. This is a great product, and now I know its backed by a great company.

All the more power to you man. They never returned my e-mails or phone calls and seemed to never be available. I broke two of the black top hats, also they don't always feed. The manual doesn't cover this, oh well.

I've been trying to get a wholesale price list from them for about 2 months now. I've faxed in the paperwork, but can't get anyone to return any correspondence from me.
        Thanks,

They never replied to my email(s) either.

          This makes GoatBoy angry.

my experiences with Qloader have been good. They returned emails quickly, were friendly and courteous over the phone, helped me with my problem, and sent me a free replacement part.

It's cool looking, but I think its popularity will be short lived.
