I have been using AA stuff for years. They make a good product and are a good company. I never owned an Armageddon, but the reg is the same as all their other systems.

geddon's aren't bad tanks. They could use an on/off but other then that they work. I had one a couple years ago. If it wasn't so large (114/4500) I probably would of kept it.
      Sorry, I'm old

Just make sure that the output pressure can be adjusted above 1200k. At least 900. I know a lot of the new adjustable air systems don't allow for that high of pressure.

I hear they are rock solid. The higher input pressures will defiantly help the solenoid at 20+ bps

I've had an AA Raptor on my Minimag for about 10yrs, and have only had to change the orings(standard AGD parts, I might add) in it once. Top notch IMO.

AA has a bulletproof warrentee. I've heard nothing but good things about them.

I was seriously looking at one of these myself... Regulator seems vaguely familiar, I just can't put my finger on it How exactly do you mount one of these things, eh? A system's not much good without a decent mount, as I have discovered with another product... Also, is that entire assembly made out of stainless? Doesn't that make it kind of heavy, eh?

                  Eh?

the Kapp Drop Zone's are what i remember most people mounting them with. There are prolly some new ones now that are the stubby drops as long drop forwards have gone TOTALLY out of style... for who knows what reason.

AAs are great tanks, I just wish they had on-off valves on them

The Raptor mounts using a special bracket that bolts on to the grip frame. I love the mounting system. I have one with a 114/3000 tank and it is surprisingly compact. The actual tank is about an inch from the back of the grip frame. It's nice that my Rapto, AA Unireg Inline, and my Classic Automag Valve all use the same parts.
Armaggedons are very nice tanks. The regulator is solid and reliable. An on/off would definately be nice, but ways can be found around that.
