I'm calling BS right here. You aren't doing 15-17 on a single mech trigger.

Mech 'Mags are slow and will be slow til the hAir trigger comes out. 5-7 is all you'll get out of it, but you'll need to practice so you can do it without short stroking.

What about the Guy on my Automag tape ( the one that comes wiith the clasic 68) Some guy on there is shooting ( Dry firing ) 13.5 pulls a sec.

of course CO2 is beter than NITROUS, it won't blow up, now Compressed AIR is much more safer and is much better and cleaner than CO2 sorry i just had to be an *** about that

i say nitrous for my paintball gun too all the time cause im to lazy to say nitrogen or hpa, but co2 on the mag is sort of ok until water leaks into the valve system and then it will get frozen very very fast

I dont have time to read all the posts, Iam at work. So if somebody already brought this up Iam sorry for the repeat info. But check out the instructional video that comes with ur 68 classic mag. Near the end of the video Tom introduces some surly little dude with a mullet, from some long defunct team. Mullet boy is pulling around 13 bps if I remember correctly, its been a while since I watched the vid. It was on a classic 68 stock single trigger frame, way before the days of the ULT. So yes you can get over 8 bps if you sport a mullet.

i used to get 8-10 on my single trigger if i remeber correctly nto in strings thogh with like 4-5 shot burst then i got double n i loss my abbility to a rip a single trigger that takes a brick to pull

My one friend had mags for years and could rip on any mech gun, spyders, cockers, mags, you name it, he could rip on it. I'm not sure how fast he was, but you could definitely distinguish him firing on a field full of other players, he was that much faster. But when the electros came in to play, he totally sucked at firing fast, he cannot walk a trigger for the life of him. He sucks at firing my 03 shocker fast and he can fire my 3.2 emag faster in mech mode than e mode unless he gets lucky and manages to hit the trigger a few extra times. He is the only one of my paintball buddies not to go electro and has been shooting a 96 evolution cocker w/ hinge frame and a Jeff Orr 3 way for some time now and can hold his own on a field full of electros.
