    Standard Feed...???

Ok well back when I bought my mag, the guy included the old standard feed (at least that's what I think it is) but after seeing some pics of it, are standard feeds supposed to be slanted at the feeds like powerfeeds right? Well mine is like a vert feed, and I'm wondering is this a standard feed body? Or something else?

Yes standard feed bodies are slanted just like pf, but they go directly into the body. and if it is straight the its a vert feed ss body.

And I'm assuming Power Feeds are still better, correct? And sorry if I'm not allowed to ask this, but how much are these vert feeds worth?

Does the vertical feed body you have have a "cupped" top to fit a hopper?

Is the feed tube more than an inch long?

If so then it sounds like one of the older vertical feed SS bodies.

A powerfeed will probably feed more consistantly but many people prefer the vertical feed due to the fact that it dosen't nake the hopper stick out one side of the body.

If you've got L10 in your Mag then I'd use the vertical feed body if you play a lot of speedball type games. If you are mostly in the woods then staying super tight probably isn't as important and the powerfeed would be "better."

Speedball is all I play, but I've gotten pretty used to the powerfeed at this point. I think I'm gonna pick up a ULE body anyway...thanks for the help though guys.
