I would think you would want the highest available psi in the shape that feels most comfortable. Seems like a wee bit of common sense to me.
What size tank should I get?

You should get what I want and that is a 45ci 5000psi because they hold alot and they are very small. I f you look in the right spot you can find them cheap.

What type of game do you play? Do you play at a field, or do you play woods/recball as well? If you have to go out and use one fill for the whole day, you may want to consider a 91/88.
Do you plan on using a drop? If not, I wouldnt look for anything bigger than a 68/45. If you are going to use a drop, your options are limitless, minus maybe eliminating a 45/45 or 47/3000
I definetaly would say get a 4500.
I personally would buy a 72/45 if i was buying a new tank, due to my marker setup, and the fact that I play back, however, my mid/front guys use 68/45's and one uses a 45/45.
Does your mag have an RT/X valve in it? WIll you get one in the future? This is another factor for you. If you want the capability of bounce/rapidfire/reactive then you will want an adjustable tank.
Emags are suggested to have an adjustable tank, or high input, to have the capability for higher rates of fire and an easier reset for the sear/solenoid.
A high pressure tank sends between 750 - 850 to your marker, and a low pressure typically sends 400-500 psi to your marker. Adjustables may have a high or low pressure range, IE they work better for say 100-500psi, or 500-1000 psi.
I love the 3 crossfires i've had, and I had fill nipple problems on a PE tank. I currently have a Centerflag, which, for the use I have through it, has been alright. My most recent crossfire was extremely consistant with my Speed Demon.
