    paint job?

Hmm does anyone know whether the SS powerfeed bodies used epoxy as a paint? If not than what was it. Please don't move until I can get an answer.

Ok , your question is quite confusing.
The SS bodies were just polished or plated I think. I am not certain what process they used to achieve the black probably anno.
There is a primer available that will allow paint to adhere to the stainless. I have seen a few Deloreans painted before.

You can't anno SS. The black finish was painted and then teflon coated.
