They are generally referring to Center Flag.
I use an 88/4500 Stubby and 47/3000 Crossfires on my Cocker and Spyder and a 114/3000 Raptor on my Mag. The Raptor is quite compact because of its mounting system. The regulator is directly underneath the grip frame.

I'd say it also depended on the gun you were using. I can get away with 45/45s on my AKA guns easily, the mag wont really do well with anything other than a 68/45 for me, due to the amount of paint I shoot. It also depends on the position you prefer. Front guys typically use small tanks, back guy use bigger ones.

Currently, Im using a 68/45 centerflag dynaflow. Its a good size for any gun.

I had a 114/4500 MaxFlo (LP output) up until recently. While it held a lot of air, I realized it was too big for my needs. Now I've got a 70/4500 crossfire (HP output), and can use it on either my BM2K or my 'Mag.

It's just a matter of preference. I personally like running my 114 4.5ksi geddon. I use a remote and run it from a kamel pack. This way it doesn't interfere with any harness I wear. Also it seems to be easier to find the 114's cheaply over the more desired smaller tanks.

I also like not having to worry about fills. At texball I was running about 900psi output and I shot a little over 1k rounds on just over 1/2 a tank.

yeah 88 stubby is the best imo, with the effiecient guns they have now, you can shoot almost a case out of a 88, but it is also not to big that you can't play front/mid with it.

I'm looking at adjustable ones right now... 68-90ci with output from roughly the 200psi to around 900psi. My local shop says that fixed output is better then variable output. Is this true? My Omen is comes with a vertical reg anyway, so it's effectively double regged. I just want the tank to be compatible with any future markers I get.
