The above PGP that shartley showed is mine. I LOVE my PGP. In fact, I found myself using my PGP more than my Phantom, to the point of selling my Phantom because of lack of use.
Honestly, I haven't noticed that it's harder to aim them. I seem to play much better, and much more aggressive with my PGP. My mobility and speed are much better. You can't go wrong with them. As far as a fast changer...don't need one for the newer model (2K1). 3 turns, and the screw is off. 12 grams arent' that pesty at all on the new models (like mine.) The only thing I DON'T like about it right now, is the speed loader. It's made of plastic, and if you don't have it pushed all the way back in, your balls don't load when you pump...
Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend a PGP.

I have a PGP2:

Which I had "Palmerized" (http://www.palmer-pursuit.com/catalog/UPGRADES.HTM)
- improved valving
- hone and polish barrel
- smooth and soften the action
- 40~45 shots per 12g
- added muzzle break
I also upgraded the bolt to Cooper-T (http://www.cooper-t.com/sheridan.html)

- Stops breaking paint with your 2000+ PGP
- We bump the ball forward of the gas port.
This thing is a lot of fun!!
