    Waiting For X-Valve. Where is mine?

    I ordered my X-valve one week ago today, and im using the exchange ($225) program. However AGD has not contacted me about turning in my old valve yet. How long should this take?

    I'm not too worried because I ordered a black one and the site says they will not be in stock until roughly today.

      when u sent yur $ u should have sent the old valve too u will probably have to contact them and see if u can send it to them

                      yeah, I included the serial. I'll give em a call on Monday. basically all I was wondering is how long on average it took for them to get back with you. From everones reply's I gather that it's been long enough.

                          We have been delayed on Valves, they came in and were being assembled today. If we don't contact you on Monday call us.

                                  I just wanted to follow up on this post.

                                  The black x-valves came in and I gave AGD a call on wednesday. Because I was not emailed about sending the classic valve in the sales rep. (Marsha: I think, though I could be wrong) apologized and offered to send the valve ASAP as long as I agreed to send in the classic valve. Friday morning when I came home from work the new x-valve was sitting on my doorstep. Fed-ex 2 day air!!

                                  So to sum up.

                                  Not only did I get a post from the owner of the company, but they also were willing to help me out so I could play this weekend.

                                  This shouldn't come as a supprise to any of you who have been with ADG for any length of time, but I felt it was noteworthy.
