You can't go wrong with either, or many other packs for that matter. I go with what is in my gear bag. If its a redz pack, I put it on, if its an Extreme Rage pack, I put it on, if its a dye attack paq, I put it on, if its a brass eagle harness.... I put it back where I found it... My point is that they are all just about the same. They are cosmetically different, but other than that, they all act about the same. They all hold paint and release it in about the same way. A few minor things here and there, but I must admit that I find no difference between my Extreme Rage pack that I picked up for $15 used and my Redz Comfort system that ran me $60 new. If put on properly, they work the same.

NXe beats Redz in quality, comfort, price, design and utter coolness; as I stated in the other thread. NXe is a very new company so not a lot of people know about them, but they are very good. They're soon to release a line of pants and jerseys along with their Tank Covers, Barrel Condoms, Pod Packs and Hats. If you chose NXe buy from their website because it's a lot cheaper than anywhere else.

NXe stuff is amazingly comfortable and durable. Very user friendly products, and pretty good prices too.

I got the NXe pack after listening to these guys rave about them. I bought the 4+3+2 and I am very happy with my purchase. I found a guy on ebay selling them and haggled him down a couple bucks. He was selling them for like $44 plus shipping. Got him down to $42 shipped.

I loaded all my pods and went out in the yard to try it out. I ran aorund, jumped, rolled, ran around and jumped some more. Very good pack!

The best thing IMO about the NXe over the redz is that the nxe pack seems to ride more stable. The price is cheaper too, and personally, I like the overall feel over the redz. If you have used a redz before, try out the nxe. Definitely worth the money.

I have used both and do prefer the redz...i have a 4 down redz and love it. To me it is more comfy than the nxe...I would suggest trying both and then going with the one you like the best!

i haven't tryed the NxE yet but since i have 2 redz packs and 5other redz in the past i'm going to have to go with redz

Nxe is wicked nice, no doubt. I just really like how the redz harnesses feel, theyre snug, but not too tight and they dont shift. I like them alot. However, Redz does not have the monopoly on good packs. Everything is pretty good these days...you get what you pay for.

Please, please look at the Mantis line. I use their ProPack 3 + 2 and love it. Lots of adjustability and well made too. I just wish I had gotten the 4 + 3.

Im kicking the NXe also... its a local company for me as well.

NXe. Elastic ejects the pod out. If I'm on my gut in the snake I have to yank the pod out of my comfort pack.

The most secure fit I ever experienced with a pack was a 32 Degrees pack with almost no padding. When you think about it, it kind of makes sense.
