          wow, at first when you mentioned a dremel, i thought you were going to show us a pic of this messed up aka body with crappy designes in it , but that looks really good. how long did that take you?

                Looks good, I want to try. think I'll start with some stock aluminium first though. :P

                did you end up using a polishing compound / jewlers rouge, or just paper?

                  I'm just yankin yer chains. There's no way you can do this with a Dremel

                  I have a small machine shop set up in my garage. It's just polished aluminum using a 6" buffing wheel. It's buffed with rouge for now but I still need to bead blast before I send it off for anno. When done, the marker will be all dust black. I'm trying to do most of the prep work to keep the cost down.

                  I might consider doing some custom milling for people in the future after I hone my skillz a bit. This was my first shot at hacking into a body and it took a while to get the courage up and actually do it. I don't have the best mill in the world and I was afraid of messing up. But it turned out really nice
