    Now, im not sure if this has been posted or not, and i didnt really understand all of it, so if some one could please enlighten me, id appreciate it.

    to me, it appears that they can sue for the way the boards are programmed, also the way they relay information, things like dwell rof etc etc... see if you can interpret this for me
