he said new, but anyways why in the hell would you only want a 3k. maybe you can only get 3k fills but what happens if they decide to get a booster or something. 45 all the way. id look around on like 888 or something for good deals

3k psi tanks are generally only about $20 cheaper than 4500 psi tanks so I would reccommend just getting one of those.
I would reccommend a crossfire tank.
