Has anyone ordered from a website that made a mistake on the price?

I'm curious if they actually sold you the stuff for the mistaken price or did they cancel the order...or what happened?

I'm thinkin of ordering something from a site which I'm almost positive a mistake in the online price, it's pretty abnormally low.

Have you ever done this ?

Somewhere on the site it will say "Not responsible for typographical errors."

A few years back pbgear had listed some $300 HPA tanks for something like $3 each. I ordered 5 but never got any

      Yes it does say this:
"Further more, content is not guaranteed either. This includes pricing errors, deletions, changes, viruses, or possible destruction of your own equipment"

but it might be possible that it could slip through the cracks. And the price isn't AS bad as the tank one. It's a 20 dollar item for 3 bucks :P

I say go for it, but use a CC. Save a copy of the page that says the bargain price. If they try to charge you the "real" price get your CC company involved.

I got an Egg II when they first came out for $59 shipped. They never said a thing......and neither did I.

They ended up having to warranty it later as well, replaced with a Y'd Egg. :)

I ordered from paintballonline once, and ordered the wrong loader, so I told them to change it before they shipped out. They somehow DOUBLED my order for the same price, so I got 2 of everything I ordered, it was pimp

Not paintball related but I ordered a K&N FIPK kit for my truck for $170. When I got it, I was only billed for that price. Later on, I looked at the site again and the price jumped $70. He didn't have a disclaimer for wrong prices and the site/company operated from a home.
