Odyssey not responding

I sent my HALO-B in to get upgraded about 4 weeks ago to Odyssey per instructions (I called them first). A week ago, I started trying to contact them to find out the status. I've left several messages and a couple of emails and no response.

Any suggestions?

Odyssey is backed up pretty bad right now. It took me a month and a half to get them on the phone and now, two months later they are ready to ship back my Halo.

yep same story with me too. ive had my halo getting a new shell for since oh about march 20th.....so the wait is really long. keep your pants on and itll come too ya. unless oyur a girl..then keep your pants off

That number actually got me to a live person, who sent me to another person, and then to a 3rd person. He was able to look it up and tell me the work was done - then they'll contact me if I owe any more moola.

That's all I wanted - to know they did get it and how long it was going to be.
