Anyone else have probs w/ PBN2 tanks?

Got my new PBN2 68/4500 tank a week ago. The threads were a little rough & there are mad bubbles in the fiber, but i thought, eh it's ok. well, i go to get it filled today & everything is all god till i get in my car....then a pinhole develops in the gauge face tryin to find the leak, i hold my finger over the hole & the gauge face pops half out! needless to say i'm mad & i need to vent before i call PBG & say something stupid. i definitely want a refund or at least store credit. BTW, does anyone know if the worr-gas tanks are any good?

Definately extra lube. I keep two bottles at all times. Can't leave home w/o your lubricant.
