Not that there's anything wrong with bko's. They're awesome little guns for the price, but you do get some extras when upgrading to the b2k.

stock BKO cycles at 18bps, do you need to go any faster?

BKO for 290, 30 for a blind bolt so for about 320 bucks you get an incrdible paint slinging machine, but if you feel the need to spend an extra 200 for eyes and a 4 way 'noid then be my guest.

stock B2K's with PDS go for just over $500 NEW. If anyone can tell me where to get a NEW IR3, Speed, Was'd Vision Impulse or Timmy for that I'd appreciate it. I don't think those markers qualify for "in that price range". Yeah, you MIGHT be able to pick one up used (WELL used in most cases) but now you have a marker someone else didn't think enough of to keep.

gtrsi - I have both a BKO and a B2k3...no comparison. As Goldie says...it's a great little marker for the money, but the full Bushy is definitely a better product. The eyes alone are worth the extra $$, not to mention higher cycling rate and better lpr. I might not hit 18bps consistently, but I do get the odd missed pull on my BKO.

Heres some good ir3s, I would go for the ir3 over the bushy, I like the feel better. You may want to go for the angel lcd, then get a jam bolt so it will not chop(it will cost about 150 less than an ir3, or get it aced). Heres some good deals for ya. DONT GET AN IR3 with cops 1. Cops 2 blows 1 out of the water. If they say it has mem 3a or lower it has cops 1, anything over and including mem 3b has cops 2.

Heres one for 400$, at that price you can have it aced for another 250$:

Dont buy an ICD gun. MY friend had a new venom bushy 04' and it had problems all over the place. All i ahve to say is E-Mag for the same price, little-no chops and high rate of fire (not to mention the ability to switch to manual)

Still be hard pressed to find a used E-mag in decent condition in the $4-500 range.

Did your 'friend' tinker or mess with it...take it apart and put it together wrong...read the manual? I help 'kids' all the time with their supposedly troublesome Bushies and BKO's...most of the time it's user error. ICD also has great support...did he do anything other than complain that it didn't work? Most field 'techs' don't know diddly about Bushies. I wouldn't let most of them touch a Talon. Even the certified Angel tech at my local PB store is dumping his personal IR3 (for a Timmy). All in all for $500 there probably isn't a better marker out there (my opinion anyway). I do like RT pros and ANS GX 4 if you care to go manual....and they are in the same price range.

I do find it humorous how many people have a 'friend' or have 'heard' that marker X is terrible.
