How well does a ult work on a 68 auto mag with a classic valve?

There is a guy around these forums that has done it to his and says it works just fine. I talked to the techs at the AGD booth at D-day and they don't suggest it. They said it would work, and would lighten the trigger pull, but that I would probably not be happy with it. He said it would increase the chances of 'shortstroking' and suggested I would be better off with a double trigger frame. I still might do it....it's only $50.

i have one on my classic valve and can say it absolutly rocks. but since i had to use all of the ult shims and 4 of my L10 shims, i have to get more L10 shims for my bolt, hopefully that will decrease the bolt stick. I can walk it with a full tank and man it feels great. The bolt stick is only really noticeable with a low tank of air or if you short stroke the trigger (duh), it just depends on how you pull the trigger, for me i seem to pull it just right. I will be going out this weekend so hopefully i can test it a little bit more thuroughly (SP)
