i bet taht would work fine for a real long time, if there wasnt a tank hanging from it. If you had a vertical tank, or one that mounts on the rail right behind the trigger frame, it would be lovely. Im afraid though if you mount one on the grip, it might crack or somethign overtime.Comment

Just make the body and rail longer so that the washer can be thicker in the middle, but then the bolt would have to be longer too...
