    How to assemble a tank...

    Need help, bought a PMI Tank online for 80 shipped, from canadia!

    And well it came today and it was disassembled (I assume they make you do this) and I need to know what I have to go through to get it disassembled. The tank and reg look in near-new condition and I can take some pics for you guys.

    Just want to be safe about this, I called PMI and they recommend me sending it to them, that runs me 50 bucks and if its unneccesary I don't want to do it.

          Take it to your local shop. They should be able to do it for you for less.

              yes take it to your shop unless you have a really big wrench and a torq bar and some way to hold the tank because it has to be torqed to about 40 ft lbs i think

                  all they make you do is remove the burst discs... guess this guy thought different
