Speedball field size and bunker placement

OK, this is my first thread so hear go's nothing. Me and my freinds live in a town in witch there is only one paintball field with in like 30-40miles, It is ok but it's far from pro and the field paint is crazy expensive. So me and my freinds resort to building are own fields. Witch is a lot of fun because after we are done its pritty cool to see what we have made. BUT as of a week ago one of are fields got bulldosed ,yea like completely flatend so it was clear that someone realy didn't want us there. We them went to another fild that we have been playing at for 2 years and right in the middle of the 4 or 5th game a guy came up and told us that it was us gov.property and we had to leave or else , so we left pritty quickly.

So any way we found a place that we shouldn't we botherd and i was hoping that i could get some advise on a proper speedball field , and some examples of proper bunker placement
    thanx

    Welcome to AO!

For field size, it would depend on how many players will play on each team. I will assume 5 man, and I can tell you that the "standard" size is 100x180 for field size.

If you want to see some field configurations, check out this thread on warpig, which has various configs for different formats:

(check the left bar for layouts)

For field obstacle dimensions, you can check out www.supairball.com and go to the bunkers sections for dimensions of some standard bunkers.

Lastly: make sure you are playing on land that belongs to you or those who have given you permission to play on. Doing anything else is illegal and can get you into MAJOR trouble.

    Thanks

welcome to ao, i suggest pallets, cheap, cove them with some tin or plywood and you got great cover. make a large center fifty, with like an 'x' (horizontly) going out, make sure you get a snake and nice blaces for back players.
