    First Post

First Hello, this is my first post and my first Mag.

Yesterday I was lucky enough to buy a slightly used E-Mag w/ a VL loader and an installed Level 10 for $350, the gun is flawless on the outside. It shoots nicely single fire (as far as I know) but on 3 shot burts and 6 shot bursts the paint (Marblizer to be exact) would sometimes just roll out of the barrel. I was also using a Nitroduck tank and regulator which was at 1000 psi (couldn't get it filled yet just wanted to test it a bit). Anyone have a fix or advice for paintballs that just seem to roll out?

Again, welcome to AO, and CONGRATULATIONS on a fantastic deal with that E!! whooey...

Now I don't have any technical explanations for the burst problems, but I'd say: don't worry about it. They're not tourney legal anyway, you need to use 1 shot/1 pull there. So you might as well get used to using that all the time, eh?

Hopefully Tom, somebody else from AGD, or somebody who knows quite a bit about mags can clear the issue up for you soon enough. I forget what AGD's tech support ruling is, but they are well known for their tech support, and you should have too much of a problem with them.

ok I dont know much about e-mags, but know about everything there is to know about classic mags, have you checked the ball detent?, Try using a different size of paint?, Or see what happens when you get the tank filled.

My guess would be you need more air. Is the tank adjustable? if it is, try turning the pressure up.

              An E-Mag for $350?! That's a helluva deal man.

              Oh yea, Welcome to AO!

Edit: You'd probobly get more answers in the Tech Forum.

He said he had the tank (a nitro duck adjustable) set to 1000 PSI. It should be running at 800, but maybe its because your tank was a little too empty. Not really certain, but its a guess. Try to get the X-valve and Level 10, and it'll make your e-mag a lot better.

The way I read it was it was a nitro duck tank with ony 1000psi left in it. He never really specified if it was adjustable or not.

And from what I remember, my old classic w/ LX would start to stop shooting around 1000psi. More specifically, it would start to chuff(bolt only goes half way forward and releases air)
