With the emag and X discontinued...

Just wondering, can anyone tell me what exactly I would need in order to hook up an emag board to a comp and edit the code?

Looking for a project to work on since I'm bored all the time.

I remember hearing someone(Have Blue I think) hacked an e-mag but promised Tom that he wouldn't share how he did it.

I paid 129 for mine, and they fit very nicely in tribals

I was going to put one in my e-mag, but since i finally got it flashed to 3.2 i think ill just keep that.

If you don't know what you need to hook it up, my guess you are gonna have no idea what you are looking at if we told you. Best left alone.

Well he has to start somewhere Muzik. Even if that means that he fries a few boards. :)

My point is that if you are not smart enough to figure out how to hook it up to the computer and so on, I doubt you are gonna have a clue what you are looking at once you get to the code. I might be wrong, but I doubt it

BTW: Yeah, Have Blue got in...but currently the most sucessfull has been Miscue...not only did he get into the stock code, he ended up writing totally new code for it.

Just because I don't know how to hook it up to a pc doesn't mean I still don't want to do it.

miscue would be able to tell you ..hes been really sucessful in that area!!
