Well...I just hit up the NPPL website for the first time and I saw that they had just recently posted news that the NPPL is coming back to Vegas after all...that they're going to heading out there September 10-12 at the training fields for Sam Boyd Stadium for stop #4 on the NPPL tour. Looks like another Vegas trip for the Pro paintball Superfan (me)...anyone else plan on playing or just heading out there for a weekend of Vegas and paintball?

hey...I'm not NPPL/Pure Prmotions....I just know that both areas are known for being able to host more than just a paintball tournament...what is there to do in Chicago? at least with Vegas you have gambling and free alcohol...San Diego has the beach and half naked women on inline skates...which one would you choose?Comment

Yes. Hopefully you won't be so busy next time...it's been so long since we've had a chance to chat (the Expo last year)...and I've been too sick for the last few touraments...and if the NPPL comes to San Diego I would love to show you (and Curtis if he makes it out) the town...Comment

it's about personnel. it costs less to transport thier cali refs. they send about 25 of them to tourneys as they are the most experienced and there is a shortage of nppl qualified refs outside of california. so, the closer to home, the cheaper it is.
thier is an effort to train "locals" though, which will bring nppl expenses down. whether or not they'll do tourneys in the same place twice remains to be seen.
Florida peeps...step up!!
