god i love my local store..

So I usually go to the local paintball wizards near my office every friday.. Buying paint, fills, etc.. I have spent a good penny in there..

was in there today getting a fill, a tank cover, a z-board and a nipple cover.. Well, the total only came to 40 bucks... and the nice guy i am, i mentioned it to the guy and he was like.. You're in here enough, the cover's on me..

    made my day!

yup, every time i go to the field the prices get lower and lower, currently at $45 for all day air, a case of paint, and entry fee, not bad

It's store/field owners like this who keep people in the real stores and off the internet.

The local store I went to also gave me a bit of a frequent buyer discount. Nothing was ever said but after buying there for a while I noticed that the price I paid and the "total" didn't really match up. Lets just say that I kept going back!

The field I go to is the same. I basicly pay $10 for entry and all day air because I go there frequently.

                  one word...

REF. if ur local store has a field to, start reffing. rihgt now i can go play all weekend or any day of the year, and it costs me $0(that includes entry, paint, and air). and i also get store credit so that pay for hopper shells, lens, and other crap i don't want to pay for, and as of right now i got $50 store credit... i'm getting a new mask(i have the same one i started out with 3 years ago, and it was used then).

remember get out there and ref!
Hard work never killed anybody...but why take a chance?

reffing isn't all its cracked up to be. some fields will pay their refs minimum wage, discount on paint, free entry and air (btw, entry and air really doesn't cost the field owner anything). Most fields, however, give their refs a case, entry and air. the refs are actually gettin the short end of the stick cuz they can work for much better wages than what those fields are offering.

I enjoy being sponsored by a local store. In addition to that, I had some extra gear I wanted to update the other day, ie. Barrel Condom, Tank Cover, Drop Forward..., so I traded all that stuff for credit towards the same things but newer.

Gots a new Barrel Bag and Tank Cover, both with my Sponsors name on them, as well as a new CP Mounting Rail (as I ditched the Drop Forward since I'm no running Warp for a while to come).

Free, next to free, or traded stuff is sweet.

Yup thats why I like patroning the local stores. You'll be hard pressed to get a hook up like that online. Every once in a while you'll get lucky and they online place will do something wrong in your benefit, but in most cases they F-UP and you get screwed.
