Ace rail question

ummm if i get my emag rail ULE milled. will the ACE board then fit in. or do i hvae to ask for that specifically. and if i get it ACE milled will it still be completely ULE milled? or will htere have to be a piece left in to support the board? ummm if i buy a ULE emag rail from AGD will the ACE board fit in? anyone who has done this plz answer me. thanx.

Since your going to have to have that done by a third party,you really need to tell/ask them to mill it to accept the ACE board.Basically,the rail get's completely hollowed out and the board is supported by a spacer so it's really not a critical issue but you need to ask the machinist' to be sure.There's also a little grip milling needed and a little body milling as well.

and is there anyone AGD certified to do this? and how much does it cost?and can they also flash my beast while they are in control of it?

The ACE board is mounted in the grip frame, so it needs to be milled as well.

BradAGD at paintballmaxx.com can do grip milling. Nicad can do the body and rail milling if you order a body from him and maybe have your rail milled too.

I thought about doing it myself, but you dont really need ACE if you have a LX. ACE will be nice if you consistently outshoot your hopper and dont want anymore blank shots or misfires. LX should be enough. I decided not to do it cause A. my marker would be un-usable for a while B. too much money. C. I felt that LX was sufficient.

When I asked who can install an ACE at the AGD booth ath the CHicago PSP they recommended BradAGD. I cantacted him and he can do it all. The body, rail and grip frame must all be milled no matter what. Even after the ACE is installed u still have to get ur rail ule'd.

Ill be sending my emag to him for all this plus anno this week.

you really dont need ace. Havoc said he doesnt use it because his lvl 10 works great. Its gonna cost you quite a bit if you really want it. You have to buy the ACE pc board for 60+shipp.

I dont know how much Brad will charge, but if it is more than 100, why would you want to put a 160+ bucks feature in that you wont use that often? Not being rude or anything, Im just wondering why you are stuck on ACE? dont you have a lvl 10? Do you have serious chop problems?

I think it does set the bps cap higher to something like 26bps, but Im not sure. Someone correct me if Im wrong.

You are prolly lookin around a couple hundred to get it done. Thats for the PC board and milling altogether. Im not sure though, you should call Brad at paintballmaxx if you want his prices. I gave you the link. He can give you his exact quotes.

BradAGD is great he installed ACE on my e-mag and it was great.
