    what makes a good reg?

So I am looking at regs. and since it is not for one of my mags I need alittle advice. Price isnt to big of a deal but it seems that they run a broad spectrum cp is 65 bucks all the way to the new 2l at about 120. So guys...

From what i understand there are two variables

Recharge rate and flow rate. The higher the better on both acounts i suppose.

...ever in the continual search of time dilation.

      flow rate
      recharge rate
consistancy (normally a byproduct of the two above)
      maintainability
      ease of ajustment
      looks (if you want it)
      price

that's usually what i go by when selecting regs...i'm not a looks fan, so things like the 2L and sidewinder are just about perfect.

btw, where did you see a 2L for 120?? they are supposed to be released at the IAO if i'm not mistaken.

If you are shooting a hammer valve gun, the front reg hardly makes any difference. Come to my tech class and find out why.

                        recharge and consistancy.

that said, i think the best reg overall is the CP. Its cheap, small, comfortable, consistant, and can definatly keep up with the fastest of guns.
