Just bought a new PTP Micro E-mag...My opinons so far!

I wanted my old E-mag back, but that wasn't gonn' happen, so I called up the place I bought it from to see if they had more (their inventory is very elderly, including STO 'cockers and Minimags). Anywho, they had an ultrablack PTP for $650, which seems like a little much, but that's what you get from a local shop, and I didn't want to wait. So, I brought it home, and set it right up...

    PTP E-Mag
E-Mag valve w/ long bolt (I think...that's what the manual said, but it also wasn't new enough for the 1.37 software. I didn't chop using a revvy with the marker set at 16 BPS)
    PMI 68/3k Steel Tank
    12v Revvy, no Xboard

First off, I noticed that it did feel heavy. Having a steel tank doesn't help in that category. Howeever, when I hold my marker it's always on my shoulder so I don't feel much wieght at all. There wasn't any kick at all, I couldn't make it if I tried. Maybe it was the steel tank? It came with a rifled Armson barrel, which looks pretty snazy. Unfortunately, my Draxxus Rec-Sport is WAY too small for the bore so it wasn't shooting straight at all, and I did break one ball. Like I said already, I didn't chop, and I'm not using LVL 10. I put around 1,000 balls through it. I wailed on it and it still didn't chop, which is pretty good. The body looks sweet, and has 'cocker threads. The low rise is perfect, and keeps the setup compact.

That's all for now, I leave you with a pic :-D

Doesnt seem like too much to me, I spent 1200 dollars on my micro e-mag locally a few years ago..
You're getting yours for half what I paid for mine
Granted, the value has gone down alot since then.

The feedneck isnt removable.. I know, it sucks
Oh, and the Micro is about the same wieght as an SS emag, so that is probably why there wasnt a whole lot of kick. Level 10 makes any kick go bye bye though

650 for ANY new emag is WAY below cost. You did real good on that one.

That's really nice, guy. Great gun, great price. Does the place you got it from have anymore like at the same price?

Nice gun. It would look dead sexy with a black Xvalve and Fireblade trigger

Was that the one on the wall at AG? Just curious...

They had a nice purple one end of last year for same price I was looking at, but it got away.

Maybe, but I think it'd be cooler with a red Xvalve
