CP reg owners, a little help

[Load SM5]

Anyone have or know where I can find a good discription on how to break down one of these? The top and bottom unscrew about halfway down the length but it does'nt seem to allow any access to the seals and o-rings. What am I missing?

I looked at that but it's not really clear. I assume I'll have to wrnch the top off of the middle section somehow to access the piston o-ring. Removal of the reg seat seems almost impossible, at least without damaging it. I was curious if someone has figured out an easier way of getting to the innards.
