What Pants

I've been looking into pants now, and yeah, it seems like there are good and bad cases of both dyes and Jts, which are the ones I'm looking at. The 04 Hybrids and the 04 JT Tournament pants, and possibly Empire's, but I don't like the empires very much... Gah, I can't decide. Some help?

I like my JT Destroyers, but those are the only pair I've ever owned soo....

I'd say either Nexed or Smokin (I own two pair of Nexed and one pair of Smokin).

The Smokin's have built in knee pad holders (you can get the knee pads for an extra $20 or something), and the Nexed's have a built in soft cup.

I've been wearing the Nexed's more lately, since the soft cup means I don't have to wear slider shorts.

I have empire. I've never owned another pair of paintball pants so I dont have much to compare them to. Honestly I was going to get JT 04's but someone on pbnation was setting empire pants/jersey/glove sets they won a tournament for cheap so I got them

Overall I like them. Only thing I wish was they had a little more padding in the knees, so maybe I wouldn't have to wear knee pads.

I got some 04 Hybrids, They're light, comfy, and cool... I lightm overall, I still need to wear knee-pads though, absolutely nothing in the knee area.

I'm still buying knee pads, cause yeah, knee's are really important

But I've decided on 04 JT's, they appeal to me the most.

Any other opinions though?

i've got a pair of smokin outlast pants and i love them they are the best the knee pads are always there and they are really durable and altho they are all black i never get hot they are the best http://www.smokinpaintball.com

I couldn't have said it better myself.

I LOVE my Outlast pants. The knee pads are very effective and are perfectly placed to be out of the way when running and yet slid right into place when you kneel down.

I've forund them to be effctive both on the speedball field as well as in the woods.

Yeah, don't be put off cause the Smokin knee pads are built in. They're very nice. In terms of protection (I'm a big guy with bad knees) they are the same as wearing my Dye Proto knee pads. Very nice pants. And they look somewhat normal...

What I use, i think it is a nice combo, I like it better than just the c4 pants(same price). Because pants will wear out and rip..but the slide shorts and knee pads will last a long time.

the raven pants are pretty good, really durable, but the nexed are better.

i got some empires, they are pretty slick. the 04 jt's have a buttload of padding in the knees, and they take bounces like mad, dyes are nice as usuall but as usuall are very over priced
