P-40 Dm4 is real, not fake

That ALMOST made the DM4 not ugly.

I've hated the look of the DM4 since I first laid eyes on it, but that's pretty cool. The paint scheme goes well with the lines on the gun, and I've always liked the P-40.

Exactly what I was thinking. It took a ugly gun and made it actually appealing.

Those things just keep getting uglier and uglier. The only way they could get worse is if they redesigned it to look like fake doggie doo with a pistol grip. Oops maybe I let the cat out of the bag for the DM5 design.

Is that DYE barrel custom or do the new ones come with the logo outlined in white?

That p40 job makes the dm4 look better... but that doesn't change the fact that it's an ugly as sin marker.

like a white star in a blue circle on either side, like wing markings...

they didn't take the theme far enough.

Hey, don't let all these no-game fakers fool you. Non-historically-minded people won't understand your inspiration. As a man who, were I not doing this job, would be teaching military history somewhere, I can tell you that's AWESOME and I love the look. If I had a DM4 I'd have you do mine up like that. It's sweet. I'd refer to it as the "DM4 Warhawk"
