Help me repair an old Revy Hopper

I have the old 9vt Revolution Hopper. It has died, I put in a fresh battery and the motor barely spun. I have no clue on what to do. It is not like I am stuck out in the rain, I just got a new 12vt X-board revy,(yeah I know evil shell). Just thought maybe someone can coach me through fixing it.

Why not put the new revvy internals in your old shell?

Pop some new internals in there and make use of the better set of shells that you have!

not exactly what I wanted to hear. I may just do a frankestien version using a really strong motor, new wires, lights, lasers, and a thumping bass. jk

I think I may just try to do a botched up job of repairing it, I dont feel like ripping into the new hopper just yet, maybe when it gets broke, smashed, cracked, shot to bits, run over, blown up, and stomped.

You might take the servo to the local hobby shop and see if they have a rebuild kit (assuming it was a standard servo and only the gears are toast), or pony up $7 for a new servo install it.
