go-valve program help

well i finally did it, i bought myself a x-valve, with the go-valve program, got mail and told me to send in my old valve. Well its been 2 1/2 weeks already still no sign of a delivery. it this normal?

for those of you who went with the go-valve program, how long dod you wait till your valve came in?

I got my valve within a week when i used the go-xvalve program. I think that your wait time is normal and i just got mine odly early but id give them a call or somethin to find out whats goin on.
