ive been waiting over 2 months for my custom ule mag from airgun.com and its still on backorder because they dont have the black y-grips or black WarpLeft ule body yet. they've both been getting pushed back constantly and the y-grip just went from Aug.1 to Aug16 for expected date it will be in. do you guys think i should keep waiting it out for as long as this might go on, or buy a different gun. and if a different gun which one should i get for around $450. thanks.
should i cancel my mag?

If you want to, you can cancel it and build your own custom mag from scratch, they're real easy to build. A lot of the dealers on here (Rogue and Logic in particular) offer milled rails, vertical frames, etc to make your gun more unique and lighter, and there's always parts to buy in the used forums. It will probably be a bit more expensive than a stock ULE RT from airgun, but it will add a touch of uniqueness.
It might take you two weeks to hunt down all the parts, and it will only take an hour or so to build and tune the gun once you have the parts.

I don't know if he has any right now, but a RogueMag is pretty sweet. Actually, if I'd known about them, I'd probably got one of those instead of ordering a ULE Custom.
Another thing, I'd personally reccomend the center feed ULE body. It can take warp, as well as a hopper, for more vesitility. Little bigger profile while running warp, but you have the advantage of running either without having to change out bodies.

Yes, if you get a ULE body, get centerfeed since it's more versatile and will appeal to more people if you sell it. For instance, i'm left handed, so if I got a warp ULE body and wanted to sell it, it would appeal to very few people, so it'd go with the centerfeed and get a vert. adapter.

Not to jack your thread, but if you find a place to get a black y-grip could you post it here? Nicad has one on order for me from AGD, but obviously it's being pushed further and further back.
