Is this a good upgrade package? or is there better internals i can put into an impulse?

Those are the same internals I use in my impulse and I think they're great. (Well, essentially the same... I got the kit when they offered it with the ND pull pin and the flush length ND bolt, not a whole lot of difference...) With these internals I'm getting about 1000 shots per 45/45 with a freak kit, LPR (no gauge on the LPR, so I don't know exactly what it's set at), 160psi input, 6ms dwell, 290fps. With the LPR tuned and these internals I experience very little kick. Overall I'd say this kit is well worth the money.
