For the tank reg or their inline reg?

For the tank as far as I know the bevel washers controll pressure. You lower or increase it by adding or removing them. They come in a parts kit that I have only seen sold directly through PMI. Basically it was enough parts to completely rebuild your tank reg, including an extra set of washers.

why do you want to lower the output on your pre-set anyways? Are you trying to by-pass an inline reg?

Take your reg apart and look. You make the call. I havent done it myself. I have taken it appart many times though cleaning out stuck pin valves.

I cant really see any danger in this, anything you do is after the burst disks. Call a pmi tech and ask them what exactly you should do.

i need to lower it for my angel speed.
you are supposed to input 4-500psi into the minireg.

i am inputting 850psi right now and with the minireg mod(flipping/removing spring stacks)
i can only get my velocity to 298fps. thats too close to the limit.

either way i found a site that has these in stock and ordered one. it will bring the preset down to 480-500psi depending on how i set it up.

so basically for $26 i now have a fixed low pressure and high pressure tank.
