Old PF mag body question

If the powerfeed were to break off on one of the old pf bodies, would it leave a "vert" hole?

As in would the hole be directly on top of the body as if it were for a vert feedneck, or would the hole be off-centered similar to the old standard feed bodies?

No, the powerfeed (and standard feed for that matter) was an off center hole.

If the PF was to break off, is it covered under warranty? It hasnt happened to me im just wondering?

If you were to break that weld, it would have to have been a serious hit. Those are some monster welds on some of the older PF mags.
