im pretty sure x-mags were discontinued cuz of the cost of agd-e and the emags werent in the next plans of agd.. also i remember tom saying something about waiting to see what the legal world ended with before he comitted to another design!!!

Heres the reason why-
AGD-E who has the rights to produce X-mags, and only they can, is now the Europe distributor for NPS. This is a big undertaking so they need to put xmags on the back burner and focus on this. I believe they said they were going to still make them, but just in much smaller quantities then they are now. Tom said, screw that, since they are already just a hassle.
