hey i have a minimag, with he minimagAIR valve..i was looking for opinions on what valve performs the best....i am thinking about doing the "go x valve" program, but i was wondering if i would bet opinions from other people, like should i get a rt valve, do the gox program, etc

the xvalve is the same as the rtvalve, except that it is made with alumnium (so its lighter) and it looks cooler, imo. also, i think the on/off orings may be different... so it can accept the ULT, which makes your trigger pull go from 3lbs to like 12oz. defentaily go with the go-xvalve program, thats what i did.

The ULE RT Custom is a much better deal than doing the go x program.

Go xvalve is the way to go, i dont think theyve stopped the trade for the xvalve thing although ive heard the have.

do i send in my valve first? so there would be a period of xx days/weeks before i get the new valve and bolt so i can play?? i think i will do hte program but i want to wait like 2 weeks

get ahold of agd and make sure there stil doing the program, then get a repair authorization number and also make sure that the valve type u want is IN STOCk with more than 1-2 left...tunaman can also do trade-ins and he might be a bit quicker u can pm tunaman and ask him too

i didnt really understand the part about making sure thevalve i want is in stock...i want the xvalve, thats the one that comes with the program....

What he's saying is that they may be out of stock of the Xvalves...

the valves come in different colors so you should call ahead and make sure that they have the right colored valve in stock..you would probably want black so thats what you want to check for.. odds are they arent due to all the ule customs that are on backorder but check on it anyway you might get lucky!!!

Honestly

Sell your classic valve for 45-50 bucks then pick up a xvalve in the forums for 200-220ish.
