IMO, I'd get a Palmer's Stabilizer if you plan on running co2

palmers stabalizers, smart parts max flo, and aka sidewinder are all great for both CO2 and HPA. with the last two, though, it is best to use an anti-siphon tank when using co2. Deffinately get one of these instead of an expansion chamber.

            IMO means "in my opinion".

            welcome to AO!

              Hey,

Do't use c02, were telling you that! Unless your useing something like a spyder or tippman, they actually probably work better on co2 until you upgrade the internal parts.

well, he's saying he might get a nirto tank for christmas, so he doesnt have any choice except to use CO2 right now. not only that, but the only difference between CO2 and nitro is co2 is alittle dirtier, which the filters on all of these regs takes care of, and it's inconsistant, which the regulation part takes care of. You can get waaaay more shots off of a regulated 20 oz CO2 tank than you can off a 68/3000 HPA tank.

That said, i still prefer HPA. But don't knock regulated CO2.

Word, c02 is more 'potent' and if properly setup can run just as good or better then an HPA tank.

Side note; anyone know where I can get a 3oz or 4oz (REFILLABLE, none of that BE or PMI disposable garbage..)

I've been running CO2 with a palmer for a few months. Granted it's summer but I've had no problems whatsoever. 12 oz co2 is much smaller than a HPA tank too which is nice.

Is this going on an Automag or some other marker? If an Automag, an inline reg is not usually considered a good idea. If an Autococker, it's mandatory.

The ACI expansion chambers are pretty nice.

As Oysterboy said, with the proper setup (anti-siphon, expansion chamber/reg), CO2 can be very nice.

                            Answering original question:

I've really come to like the System X Expansion chamber. It's got a nice look to it, you can adjust the housing so that the input hole is where you need it, and the overall internal design seems well thought out.
