okay so i just bought the angel IR3 Fly from this guy, hasn't come yet but he told me that on the reg, the screw that ajusts the out put pressure is stuck... it won't budge he tells me. he said it could be lock tighted but he wasn't sure.... if anyone knows anything else it could be please help me out.
