the omega rail was made my extreme rage, but they stopped making them and they are pretty rare today. they are gloss black or chrome, and they look lots nicer than the cruddy, blocky stock AGD rail. i think they weigh a tad less. the roguerail, made by roguefactor, is a nice rtpro rail that allows you to adjust the front foregrip position. its also milled out for weight savings and annodized. logic paintball just came out with a new rail that looks pretty sweet.

basically, the whole idea of a new rail is weight savings and looks. they dont perform any different, although they may have a few extra features.
Yummy yummy yummy, I've got fun in my tummy.

Extreme Rage Omega (no longer made)
Rogue RougeRail (w/ or w/o wings)
        Logic Alpha Rail
Logic Milled RTP Rail (soon to be Delta rail)
Benchmark Custom Rail (no longer made)
Deadly Wind Dallara Rail (only comes with body)
Deadly Wind Karta Rail (only comes with body)

They're basically all for looks. The Logic and Rouge rails do take of a good amount of weight though. So do the Deadly Wind ones I think.
