    My tank is leaking

    I got my tank filled on saturday, and i havent shot at all, it was filled to 4200-4300, but now it's at 3400-3500. Anybody know what's wrong with it?????

    Make, model, etc. Possibly the gauge is bent ever so slightly at the threads. My old tank did that. Could be the pin valve, fill nipple o-ring, etc. Drip some water over it, and look for bubbling. Where you see bubbling is where you see the leak.

      when your tank cools down, it looses pressure I believe. Is it continuing to drop?

      If so you may have a small leak.

        That's a pretty big drop. The most I've seen on my old tank was 400 psi from a 15 second fill. If that pressure drop is a result of a flash fill, the fill must have been 5 seconds or something.

          No, it's not that, it was filled to 4500 but after the drop it stayed at 4200, but then has been decreasing slowly to where it is now.
