I wouldn't worry too much about it. These things are bound to happen. We are all still with you on this one. Maybe you can increase the I.D. of the sleeve a few thousandths, or mill the bolt a little more so it won't have so much outward expanding pressure when you press them on. I am sure this is the reason for the full length splitting. We have complete faith in you guys and know you are doing your best to get it right. Carry on....
