Seeing as how the CO2 never actually touches it, yes. It'll be fine. Youwill risk more freeze up b/c you are firing faster though. -
The grip itself does not interact with the gas at all. So as long as the marker you're E-gripping works fine with CO2, the e-grip will be fine.
