glued boomstick to 2piece boomstick?

hi all,i was wondering if it s possible to make my Ti boomstick which is glued together into one that screws together(sounds dirty )boomstick?being that may want to change backs or something.thnx fr any info

if i remember correctly the answer is no. the threads are different.

Actually, the glued ones have no threads, they're just poked together and glued....which would explain why I have never seen a straight one :)

i have an old school glued boomy and its my favorite barrel the whole reason they glued them is because they laser aligned them and they were always perfectly straight step bore barrels

i remember reading in pgi(i think) they (dye) said that there glued barrels are better aligned and they didnt want to make screw together barrels due to tolerances. but the people wanted it and they found a way to make them accecptable. cant remember the month, hell i cant remember what year it was. it was a couple though.
