How Do U Make Pictures Smaller

this may sound really dumb but i want to upload some pics but there to big and i was wondering if anyone new how to make them smaller. LMK quik

Open them in paint then go to image in the tool bar thingy and scroll down to stretch/scew ad change the numbers. I think that is a good explanation.

if your looking to post them here on AO the max size is 800x800

and i use photoshop

If you have hosting, then you can just link any pics you have hosted, and you wont have to resixe.
