will adjusting the lpr on my autococker throw off my timing on my vf tactical doesnt say in the manual

All the LPR does is regulate how much pressure goes into the front Pneumatics.

Normally, you adjust the LPR so that it begins to reliably cock the hammer, then give it an extra 1/4 turn for good measure.God gave you a soul.
