Well I called my local field and asked them if they allow the RT... and I didn't even get the words out of my mouth and he said no response triggers are not allowed and I tried to explain that it is not the same as the tippmann R/T but he just wouldn't have it so if somebody could give me some official proof that would mean the world to me. (im on bended knee)

He's confused. If you can find an RT Pro to show him there's no bounce/rt effect to worry about.

It is not a "response" trigger. Tippmann R/Ts are not tourny legal. AGD Reactive Triggers are, as long as it's not set to bounce.
