I just noticed that on the AGD shop they now offer custom E-mags...is this because the WDP victory over smartparts??? what does this mean for the X-mag?

These are the left over parts from earlier production runs. The individual parts are available on a case to case basis and no there will not be any more X-mags. That is addressed in several threads the major problem was the cost effectiveness of having bodies made in Europe and then snet to the US in small batches and anno'd etc. -

Why is AGD askin so much for the emags that they are selling now? You can get a fully ULE emag for like $700 in the B/S/T forum but thet are charging $1000 for theirs. What the heck is up with that? You can find a friggin xmag for a lil more than $1000.Comment

Yeah, but 1000 is insane for an emag. Id much rather save 300 and buy a used one that works just as good than buy a new one and waste 300.Comment

i would rather not buy a used electronic gun because there are more things that can go wrong with it that need to be sent in to fix.Originally posted by Adrenaline_JunkieYeah, but 1000 is insane for an emag. you ever hear of the turn around time to get your gun back? when you play paintball at an extremely competitive level you cannot be without your gun for a month or more, and i have heard of emags taking over a month to get back to their owners.
i bought my emag used. that means someone else did whatever to it and i had to deal with it. guess where that emag is now.....Comment
